All of the corporate announcements are here, including current promotion information. DO NOT ENROLL IN THE AMERICAM SYSTEM at this time - this is an autoresponder program that you can learn about later. You can use their free emailer for now.

APflex Backoffice is http://ibo.apflexplus.com  this contains a listing of all participants on your team that have enrolled into the APflex Bonus Program. You will need to know how to regulate placement of new business partners and learn how to put an application in the back office as well.

The ICP sites are for you to send your prospects to. These sites serve as an alternative to signing up prospects, who for any reason, aren't comfortable giving their personal information over the phone. You do not need to visit these sites on a regular basis or keep checking up on them in any way.

Prospects can link to a page that allows them to submit their application.

Initially, you can access these sites by adding a forward slash and your IBO number to the end of the URL. You also have the opportunity to customize and personalize your URL ending to something other than your IBO number

Conducting a Provider Search and Locating the fee schedule

1. Click on Provider Search on any of the ICP sites
2. Click on type of provider, try dental first, then primary care, specialists, and all the others
   
3. Put in zip code in box on left (Find Providers by Distance)
   
4. Click on Find Providers
5. Scroll down and look at all the pages of providers
6. If you want to see a the dental providers statewide use the box on the right and just put in the state.
7. If you look at the dental providers you will see name, address, phone and type of practice.
8. Click on the fee schedule. These are actual prices for dental codes.

Remember: The potential member wants to know two things....

• Where are the dentists located?
  
• How much money will I save?
