Congratulations on achieving Regional Trainer(RT) and/or Regional Sales Director (RSD)! You have reached a VERY important milestone in your business and you should be extremely proud of your accomplishments. We know that you are anxious to get your next promotion. We have tools to help you as you build and grow your business.

Your next step is to set up Task Plus to be able manage all your contacts.  Task Plus is a program that is downloaded into your computer.  It has an alarm system to notify you of your appointments and more. It  will help you be more organized with your business and not miss appointments. This site alarms you when you are on the site and soon will have a alarm to your email or cell phone to remind you of your appointments.

Senior Regional Sales Director is the second level of management, and the next step on your way to financial freedom!

How to reach Senior Regional Sales Director (SRSD)
  • Have three (3) Independent Business owners you have personally enrolled achieve RSD and are in active status
  • You are responsible for directing your new team members to the Team New Vision training site, the team training calls, work more closely with your team leaders. This will allow you to remain focused on the one action that will allow you to reach your next goal: marketing more memberships and becoming a better recruiter.
How to reach Senior Regional Trainer(SRT) - (Trainer Option Program only)
  • Have three (3) new personal CT's(Certified Trainers) plus 4 RT's anywhere in your RT Organization. As an SRT, you will create your SRT Organization from any and all new personal IBO's signed up and their organizations, signed up after you become an SRT, but before you become an Executive Trainer.

Success Tasks for you to complete:
  • Set up task plus. Remember at a minimum you should add the two people that you are talking to everyday.
  • Print out a copy of Road Map to NSD
  • Check that your schedule is up to date for what you want to accomplish
  • Email your team leader your Goal Date for reaching Senior Regional Sales Director or Senior Regional Trainer(Top Program)
  • Set-up a game plan time with a team leader. If you are wanting our help it is good to let us know.
